To submit a data request, complete the Analysis Plan Requests form linked below. Before proceeding, please review the lab’s Data Request and Publication Policy.
Review & approval process
Requests are reviewed by Principal Investigators and circulated among study investigators. All ongoing abstracts, manuscripts, and grant proposals are tracked in a database with monthly status updates from project leads. New variables created during analysis are returned to the study database.
Policy
Manuscripts
- Writing groups must include a Principal Investigator as last author.
- All funders — scientific, federal, or commercial — must be acknowledged.
- Publication costs may be covered case-by-case upon request.
- Authors must be involved in planning, analysis, and writing.
Grants
- Requests for biologic samples from study participants require peer-reviewed funding before specimens are provided for analysis.
- Outside expert consultants may be invited if investigators lack sufficient background.
- Reasonable costs for dataset preparation and sample retrieval will be charged.
